The domain tracker is a parent. Underneath it, Engager runs fifteen checks.
SSL, domain expiry, DNS resolution, response time, security headers, mixed content, redirect chain, ports, protocol, keywords, body integrity, multi location probe, SLA target, API health, deploy correlation.
Each check is independent. Each can be paused. Each shows up inline when you expand the parent row in the dashboard.

Every add, edit, pause, delete is recorded with actor and timestamp. Workspace owners see the full trail.
